This trip drives us on country roads of Red river delta through old bridges, verdant rice paddies and vast vegetables and flowers farms. On the way we stop at a local market where people come twice a day to choose the freshest produces for their cooking and we also choose the ingredients to take to a local family for our lunch. After that we visit the lovely rice paper and peanut candy workshops which are really traditional of the North Vietnam. The local man in the shop would be more than happy to serve our guests a glass of sugar cane juice which helps farmers revise their energy after hard working hours on the field. We do it like the local by taking the ferry to cross the red river then visit offering furniture village and pass new urban Hanoi on the way back.
